Who we are and what we do

At ALG, our driving instructors are all about helping you to both pass your test and be a safe Driver, a competent and prepared driver for the years ahead. With new regulations and requirements coming in year by year, it is becoming ever more difficult to pass the driving test, but with our help, you will be equipped to both pass the test itself, and be prepared for any situation on the road in the future.

Our driving instructors are based in Osterley in Isleworth, Wembley, and in Twickenham, allowing us to cover the following West London Boroughs:

ALG Terms & Conditions

Read

  • ALG Driving School Instructors have the right to choose their pupils as they have a right to refuse any of their pupils without having to give a reason why.
  • ALG Driving School instructors have a duty to teach their learners to the highest standard of driving regardless of where they come from or their background or colour.    
  • If the pupil is late for a lesson, a pre-test lesson, or a mock test by 20 minutes or more the instructor has the right to cancel that lesson and charge the full amount for the lesson booked.    
  • Due to traffic conditions or incidents instructors may sometimes arrive late for a lesson. In normal circumstances the instructor will get in touch with the pupils and let them know. If the starting time is going to be delayed more than 20 minutes, the pupil has a right to cancel that lesson and reschedule another one without charge.
  • Lesson Cancellation has to be 48 hours prior to the lesson start time. Late cancellation will be charged fully to the pupil.
  • Please note that any cancellation has to be done by calling the instructor directly on 0333 77 22 118 or by email to info@algdrivingschool.co.uk.
  • ALG Driving School instructors have the right to, and should refuse to take any pupil to the driving test if he or she believes they are not ready.  
  • Before booking any driving test, it should be discussed with your instructor.   
  • For pupils who only hire the car for the test, they need to be assessed by one of our instructors at least three working days before the driving test.
  • DVSA cannot cancel any driving test booked in less than three working days' time, so please book your assessment earlier.
